This page explains what happens to personal data on tsandekidou.com. The site is run by Eleni Tsandekidou, a designer based in Cyprus, who decides how this data is used. For any question about your data, write to elenitsandekidou@gmail.com.

What I collect
Only what you type into the brief form: your name, email address, preferred way to reach you, and what you write about your project. Nothing else is requested, and there is no registration, no account and no newsletter on this site.
Why and on what basis
The data is used for one purpose: to read your request and reply to it. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the tick box in the form, together with the steps taken at your request before a possible contract. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to elenitsandekidou@gmail.com; this does not affect messages already sent.
Who else sees it
The form is delivered by FormSubmit, which passes your message on as an email. The email itself arrives in a Gmail mailbox. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, whose servers handle the requests. These services act on my instructions and do not use your brief for their own purposes. The data is not sold and not passed to anyone else.
FormSubmit privacy informationHow long it is kept
FormSubmit states that it keeps form submissions for 30 days. The email stays in my mailbox for as long as our conversation may continue, and for up to three years afterwards if a project went ahead, so that I can answer questions about past work. Ask me to delete it earlier and I will.
Cookies and browser storage
This site sets no cookies. The only thing saved in your browser is the language you choose, so the site opens in the same language next time. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Site statistics
Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies, does not follow you across other websites, and shows me only totals: how many people visited, which pages they opened, which country and device they came from. I cannot identify anyone from it.
Fonts loaded from Google
Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Because of this, your browser contacts Google servers and your IP address becomes visible to them, as it is to any site you open. Nothing you type is sent there.
Your rights
You can ask what data about you I hold, get a copy of it, have it corrected or deleted, ask me to stop using it, or object to its use. Write to elenitsandekidou@gmail.com and I will reply within one month. If my answer does not satisfy you, you may complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
